Meet the Owners

Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families throughout our communities. Jenny and Steve Rayl are the owners of Home Instead Senior Care covering Ozaukee and Washington counties. Jenny Rayl is a pioneer in the field of non-medical home care for seniors. Her twelve years of experience ranges from occupational therapy to home care management. Jenny’s background includes serving as Supervisor of Senior Services for the non-medical home care division of Froedtert Hospital. She’s also worked as a clinical occupational therapist at St. Luke’s and St. Mary’s hospitals in Milwaukee. Steve Rayl is responsible for the accounting, finance, operations and human resource activities. Steve is a former vice president of both Miller & Schroeder Financial, Inc., and Leasehold Capital Corporation, a division of Wisconsin Energy Corporation. He also served as vice president of commercial lending at First Bank N.A. Steve’s focus is on keeping Home Instead Senior Care’s costs affordable so seniors can remain as long as possible in their own homes.
